What is an industrial air conditioner

The cooling principle of industrial air conditioners (evaporative air conditioners) is that when the fan is running, it enters the chamber to generate negative pressure, causing the external air to flow through the porous and moist surface of the wet curtain, forcing the dry bulb temperature of the air passing through the curtain to drop to a temperature close to the wet bulb temperature of the external air. That is, the dry bulb temperature at the outlet of the air conditioner is 5-12 ℃ lower than the outdoor dry bulb temperature (up to 15 ℃ in dry and hot areas). The drier the air, the larger the temperature difference, and the better the cooling effect. Due to the fact that air is always introduced from the outside into the indoor environment (referred to as a positive pressure system at this time), it can maintain the freshness of indoor air; At the same time, due to the use of the principle of evaporative cooling, the machine has a dual function of cooling and humidifying (relative temperature can reach about 75%). When used in workshops such as textile and knitting, it can not only improve the cooling and heating conditions, but also purify the air, reduce the breakage rate of needles during the needle spinning process, and improve the quality of needle textile products.
