Working principle
Outdoor Air Conditioning Units The working principle of outdoor air conditioning units is based on the basic principles of thermodynamics and heat transfer.
First, the refrigerant is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas by a compressor. This process increases the internal energy and pressure of the refrigerant. For example, the state of common refrigerants such as R410A changes significantly under the action of the compressor.
Then, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas enters the condenser. In the condenser, the refrigerant exchanges heat with the outdoor air and releases the heat to the outside environment, so that the refrigerant cools and condenses into a high-pressure liquid. This is like the radiator of a car engine, which reduces the temperature through contact with outside air.
Next, the high-pressure liquid passes through an expansion valve or throttling device. Here, the pressure drops dramatically, the refrigerant expands rapidly, and the temperature also drops.
Finally, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid enters the evaporator. In the evaporator, the refrigerant exchanges heat with the indoor air, absorbs indoor heat, and lowers the indoor temperature. At the same time, the refrigerant evaporates into low-temperature and low-pressure gas and is sucked into the compressor again to start a new cycle.
The entire process is repeated to achieve continuous cooling of the indoor space. In addition, facility cooling air conditioning units are also equipped with fans, motors, control systems and other components to ensure stable operation and precise control of the system. For example, the intelligent control system can automatically adjust the operating frequency of the compressor and the speed of the fan according to the indoor temperature and set temperature to achieve energy saving and comfort.
